Preheat broiler or grill. Combine sherry, ginger, soy sauce, honey, maple
syrup, garlic, sesame oil and cilantro. Add tuna and marinate for 10 minutes.
Remove steaks from marinade and broil or grill 5-8 minutes on each side,
